"TERMINAL DAWN" (2004)
Once again envisioning a project for Andy Makishima’s film/video classes at Cal State Long Beach, I storyboarded these key action sequences for him. Andy wrote and directed and Nate Sims was on camera. The story is a modern-day vampire love-triangle that plays music-video style to the Massive Attack song, “Angel”. And it’s a good thing this sucker was shot digitally too, being as it takes place at night in some darkly lit settings and contains much action. The course guidelines, however, required a portion to be shot on film and to use archival film footage too. The end result is “Terminal Dawn”.
